ColombiaPlast returns to Bogota in September 2026 – Rubber World


Bogota, Columbia – ColombiaPlast, International Plastics and Rubber Trade Fair, will return to Bogota, Colombia, from September 21 – 25, 2026. The event is jointly organized by Corferias, the Colombian Plastics Association Acoplasticos and Messe Düsseldorf North America. ColombiaPlast is a member of Messe Düsseldorf’s K Alliance portfolio of plastics and rubber trade fairs worldwide. The event will again be held concurrently with the Bogota International Industrial Trade Fair (FIB).

ColombiaPlast is the leading trade show for the plastics, rubber, petrochemical, packaging and container industries in Colombia, the Andean region, Central America and the Caribbean. Not only is Colombia Latin America’s third largest country, but it is also strategically positioned as a gateway to the region making it an attractive destination for international suppliers and investors. Imports to Colombia were more then $ 137 million in 2023 and the plastics and petrochemical value chain represents 15% of the country’s manufacturing.

Visitors at ColombiaPlast 2026 will include manufacturers, distributors, trade agencies, importers, exporters and wholesalers from the following industries: processing technology, packaging and containers, plastic product manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and medical, personal care and cosmetics, automotive, architecture, interior design and construction.

Exhibit categories at ColombiaPlast 2026 will include raw materials, machinery and equipment, 3D printing, tools and maintenance, instrumentation and process control as well as circular economy, recycling and sustainable production solutions and industry related services. ColombiaPlast 2026 will also feature several Experience Zones.

The exhibits at ColombiaPlast will be complemented by an informative ancillary program, including educational and technical conferences and business matchmaking programs.

At the last staging of COLOMBIAPLAST in 2024, 297 exhibitors from 18 countries showcased the latest innovations, applications and developments in the industry to about 40,000 visitors (includes attendees at FIB).
