Minneapolis police are responding to a shooting near the intersection of Lake Street and I-35W.
A police spokesperson says four people were injured. The exit ramp from the highway to Lake Street is closed while law enforcement investigates the incident.
A police spokesperson said officers are still on the scene and are working to get more information.
The shooting follows a spate of recent violence in Minneapolis, which killed two people Sunday.

Police say the first incident happened just before 2 a.m. Sunday on the city's south side. Police arrived to find a man with life-threatening injuries. He later died at a hospital. A second man arrived at the hospital in a private vehicle. He survived. Police say they believe he was injured as a result of the same shooting.
The second incident happened on the 1400 block of Russell Avenue North at about 7:50 a.m. Sunday. In that shooting, a woman died of gunshot wounds at the scene.
No arrests have been made in either shooting.
