Chelsea end sponsorless run with AI company IFS

Chelsea have agreed a deal with IFS, an AI technology company, to be their shirt sponsor until the end of the season.

Chelsea have not had a permanent front‑of‑shirt sponsor since their deal with telecommunications company Three ended in 2023.

IFS branding will appear on the shirts of Liam Rosenior’s men team for Saturday’s Premier League visit of Burnley to Stamford Bridge and on the shirts of Sonia Bompastor’s women’s team for their Women’s Super League match against Manchester United on Sunday.

The deal means the Blues are no longer the only Premier League club without a sponsor in the prominent slot.

Infinite Athlete, a sports technology company, and property developer Damac have both appeared on the front of the shirt in short‑term deals.

The new “multi‑year global partnership” will see IFS move off the front of the shirt in the summer, but the wider agreement will run until 2028. Chelsea are seeking around £65m per season from their next long‑term front‑of‑shirt partner.
