LMAX Group has appointed Ilya Khazen, a former executive at
Goldman Sachs and Societe Generale, to lead cross-asset sales across the
Americas as it intensifies its focus on the US market. The London-based
institutional trading platform created a new role for Khazen, who will be based
in New York.

In this position, Khazen will manage sales of LMAX’s
combined foreign exchange and digital asset products to institutional clients,
reporting to Chris Knight, head of LMAX Digital, the company’s crypto trading
division.

TradeLocker has a new CEO

Also this week, fintech investment firm Deus X Capital appointed Dom
Bradley as the new CEO of TradeLocker, the group’s trading platform provider
focused on online brokers and proprietary trading firms.

extensive experience to the role, having previously worked as Regional CTO and
Head of Client Platform Technology at IG Group.TradeLocker is part of the Deus X Capital portfolio

Former JPMorgan executive joins Broadridge

Still with fintech, Broadridge hired Munish Gautam from
JPMorgan Chase as Global Head of Trading Platforms, Product Management within

Based in London, Gautam will
lead the integration of Broadridge’s trading platform suite, reporting to Brian
Pomraning, the unit’s Chief Product Officer.

platforms and product management, having spent more than 15 years at JPMorgan,
where he was an executive director and led cash equities product management for
global trading platforms.

Swissquote’s Michela
Pollini exits directorship role

Meanwhile, Swissquote officially terminated Michela Pollini’s
directorship, according to a UK Companies House filing this week.
The decision was authorised by an appointed representative, following standard
corporate procedures.

Pollini worked at Swissquote’s London office for nearly 11
years, most recently serving as Head of Sales and Operations for almost four
years. Her role covered sourcing, international sales, and strategic
operations.

Hantec Markets reshuffles three top executives

We also learned exclusively that Hantec Markets reshuffled
three senior management roles, including one internal promotion and two new
hires. Norayr Djerrahian was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer, while Tim
Hughes and Vivek Mehta were appointed Chief Strategy Officer and Chief
Technology Officer, respectively.

Hughes and Mehta joined Hantec in early July, with Hughes
succeeding Djerrahian as Chief Strategy Officer. Based in Dubai, Djerrahian has
been with the broker for six years and will focus on capitalizing on
opportunities in regions like Latin America.

Crypto.com names former LegacyFX exec as GM of Cyprus unit

Lastly, Crypto.com appointed Michael Floros as General
Manager of its Cyprus business following its acquisition of A.N. Allnew
Investments Ltd, a CySEC-licensed investment firm. Floros previously served as
Executive Director and General Manager at A.N. Allnew Investments for eight
years.

The appointment followed Crypto.com securing a Markets in
Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) license through the acquisition of the
Cyprus-based firm. This license, issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange
Commission (CySEC), allows Crypto.com to offer a broader range of regulated
financial products.
