West Ham sack manager Rehanne Skinner after one win in 11 WSL games

West Ham have sacked head coach Rehanne Skinner after winning only one of their opening 11 Women’s Super League games this season.

The Hammers, who are second from bottom, drew 2-2 at home to bottom club Liverpool on Sunday.

A West Ham statement read: “Recent results have not matched expectations and the board of directors believe that a change is necessary.”

They said the process of finding Skinner’s replacement is under way.
